This 10 hours of Medical Billing/Health Insurance Advocacy is considered your non-refundable initial retainer per the executed service agreement.
It will be used for the activites listed in your Consulting Plan (Exhibit A of your service agreement) this can include the following types of tasks:
Comprehensive documentation review
Identification of possible errors/opportunities for improvement
Creation of a written action plan
Initial implementation of the suggested action plan
