Pam has been a Registered Nurse for over 40 years with a diverse clinical background ranging from acute care, surgical oncology, emergency department, home health, hospice and previously held a certification as a legal nurse. Pam rounded out her nursing career in Case Management and Utilization Review. Success in home health led to advancement to management followed by executive nursing where she became a branch director for a national home health care agency overseeing both clinical and financial operations for two locations in Wisconsin; Milwaukee and Racine. In 2004, Pam earned the Pinnacle Award for having a top performing branch within that company.

Linda Kritikos

Linda spent the majority of her tenured R.N. career leading and managing a diverse portfolio of Healthcare entities with demonstrated success in clinical operations, quality improvement, Joint Commission accreditation, state/federal regulatory compliance, franchisee relations, financial management, change management, marketing, business development, performance analysis, project management, and consulting. Success in this area has allowed her to achieve certification as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) through the National Association of Healthcare Quality (NAHQ). This distinction is shared by only 12,000 individuals globally. Linda is adept at building quality oriented fiscally responsible teams which have been posed for success and growth. Over the last decade she has achieved a Six Sigma yellow belt and utilized its teachings to improve operational performance.

…Linda was able to explain how the disease works, things that we could do to make my father-in-law more comfortable with what was happening to him, and also ways that we could help my mother-in-law not burn out. The best part was when Linda spoke with my mother-in-law, Linda was able to validate what she was going through and made her feel better because this was "normal" for someone in that situation.
