After years of top sales honors in staffing, Jason began chasing start-up and entrepreneurial dreams. Always quick to adapt to new technologies, Jason utilized blogging and social media to help increase his sales, and when his job ended abruptly in 2010, he launched out on his own to start a consulting business helping other companies use these tools.
In the process of growing his business, Jason created 100 Cups Academy, a program designed to empower businesses in prospecting, developing authentic relationships, and fostering long-term growth.
Through this initiative, entrepreneurs learn to build networks, increase influence, and develop custom referral networks, all while embracing a servant-based leadership style.
